Agentic Systems RAG MCP Evals Developer Tooling Rust

Engineering-focused product manager building enterprise data platforms, agentic AI systems, and developer tooling. At JPMorgan Chase I own Test Data Service, CCB's enterprise synthetic-data and obfuscation platform, and ship metadata, data-quality, and LLM-powered tooling across Consumer & Community Banking. AWS Certified Solutions Architect with deep Python, cloud, and LLM-systems experience; co-inventor on a pending Code-to-Code translation patent.

I think the limiting factor on this technology is no longer raw capability but the engineering around it: grounding models in real data, measuring whether they're right, and making them dependable enough to put in production. That's the work I want to keep doing.

  • Own Test Data Service, CCB's enterprise synthetic-data and obfuscation platform. Inherited it as a single Python script that FTEs hand-configured for every dataset; rebuilt it into a fully automated, API-driven engine that other JPMC services and agents call to generate synthetic data and obfuscate production data on demand
  • Serves data through an API with relationship-preserving IDs and statistical obfuscation that blocks PII leakage and inference attacks from prod into lower environments
  • Led patent filing for a Code-to-Code translation MCP server that converts legacy Spark/Java to modern PySpark; ran team enablement on LLMs and agentic systems
  • Shipped agentic LLM PoCs on internal model providers: a context-aware SQL-generation system and RAG chatbots for team and customer FAQs
  • Built knowledge-graph recommendation engines on Data Lens (formerly COBRA), CCB's metadata and data-quality platform across relational and graph stores (Neo4j / Neptune), that surface related data assets to users
  • Built a vectorization system that measures similarity across thousands of dimensions to flag duplicate and near-duplicate datasets and surface semantically related assets that explicit lineage misses
  • Drive data modernization toward FAIR; run automated data-quality scoring and reporting in Python, SQL, Alteryx, and Tableau

  • Built a production multi-tenant agentic RAG customer-service agent for Edquill (NJ/TX tutoring chain) that cut customer email volume ~90% and individual outreach time >50%; learns continuously from Zoom call transcripts
  • Shipped a production agentic essay-grading service for the same client
  • Designed serverless AWS apps (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway, Snowflake) with parameterized multi-environment CI/CD pipelines
  • Led a "de-Kubernetization" effort that simplified user configuration UX
